Dear Members,
My name is Martin Schinkel, I am 22 years old, and I am in my second year of the Werktuigbouwkunde program. This year, I am also starting my second year as an active member of Tapp. Last year, I joined the travel committee, an experience I thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks in part to my time at Tapp, I had a fantastic academic year.
This year, I want to be even more actively involved in the association, which is why I saw it as a great opportunity to apply for a board position in our wonderful association. In the past, I have contributed to various school projects, gaining experience in leading projects. This makes the role of chairperson an excellent opportunity for me to apply and further develop these skills. Additionally, I will also be responsible for external affairs this year, something I am very excited about and eager to learn from.
I look forward to working with the other members of the 2024-2025 board to make this lustrum year a fantastic one. It would be amazing to give other members the same great experience that I had during my first year at Tapp.
